How often will my subscription be re-billed?

Our boxes are delivered Monthly. Each month you will be billed on the 15th of the month and your box will ship at the beginning of the following month. Busy one month, or still soaking up the devotional material from the month before? No problem you can skip any month with no charge. Just sign on to your account by the 14th of each month and make that selection.

For your first box you will be billed at the time of sign up. Then that box is delivered the first week of the following month. Then you are re-billed the 15th of the following month for your next delivery. So if you sign up May 1st-May 30th your box is mailed out the first week of June. You will be re-billed on the 15th of June for your July delivery.

Are you sold out?

If we sell out of a box, we do not take new sign ups that month.  For example if we have a set number of boxes for our June 1st delivery and sell out May 25th, we will show sold out from May 25th-June1st.  On June 1st we will begin allowing new subscribers to sign up for the delivery coming July 1st.  Email us if you have any questions info@joyfuldevotion.com.

If we don't sell out, our past boxes are available for purchase in the shop on a one time basis.

How do I Cancel?

If you would like to cancel future billings and deliveries please log in to your account by clicking log in, in the top right corner of the page.  Your user ID is the email you signed up with.  Once logged in go to edit account and you will see options to skip deliveries or to cancel.  If you purchased a box in error and would like a refund and to cancel the order you placed, please email us at info@joyfuldevotion.com.  Cancelling on our website only cancels future billings and does not provide a refund.
